Thomas K. MacMillian, Esquire has intentionally committed Perjury in the State of New Hampshire at several Family Division Courts on several counts.
He knowingly knew that he had in his procession numerous documentation via U.S. Mail that proved the Respondent’s innocence, and did everything he could so that his client the Petitioner would win Primary Custody and the home under Perjury.
He knew that the GAL Lynn E. Aaby had made false testimony under Oath and kept all the evidence from Honorable Judge Gerald Taube.
He knew that GAL Lynn E. Aaby also made false allegations in both of her GAL REPORTS, and he still went and passed those lies unto Judge Lewis at the Brentwood Family Division Court.
He also knowingly did the same thing, before Master Philip Cross at the Derry Family Court on January 25th, 2005 and fought to once again to deny the truth from being heard before Master Cross on March 28th, 2005.
He knowing that he was finally caught for committing Perjury to the Derry Family Court on January 25th, 2005 went and submitted his letter of “Withdrawal” on April 8th, 2005.
Thomas K. MacMillian, has not looked out for the child’s best interest, he has even committed Perjury to the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
